Ninety days, used or not

You have 90 days from the delivery date to return Tuti Palm for a full refund. It does not matter whether you opened it or used it. There is no restocking fee.

How to start a return

Email support@tutibloom.com with your order number. We reply with a prepaid return label or return instructions. Please do not ship an item back before you receive these, because an unlabelled parcel cannot be matched to an order.

Return shipping

We pay return shipping. You are not charged to send it back.

What to include

Please return the device, the charging cable and the user guide, and wipe the treatment face clean of gel. A missing accessory does not void your refund; we may deduct the replacement cost of a missing accessory only.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned parcel arriving. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post the credit. Original shipping charges, where paid, are refunded on full returns.

Damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders

Email support@tutibloom.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We ship a replacement at our cost or refund you in full, your choice. This is in addition to the 90-day window.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch.
