One product, on purpose
Tuti Palm is the only device we sell. There is no range, no seasonal launch, and no second box built to lift a cart total. Selling one product means every question we get is about the same device, so the answer gets better over time instead of thinner.
Built around ten minutes
A routine only works if it survives a Tuesday night. Tuti Palm is designed around one short session: about ten minutes on one area, a few times a week. It measures 118 × 86 × 70 mm and sits in one palm. The four modes, EMS, Slim, RF and Slim+RF, and the four LED colors are on the handle itself, not behind an app or a subscription.
What it is for, in plain words
Tuti Palm is for the look of the skin you treat, on the area you use it, for as long as you keep using it. That is a cosmetic result and we describe it that way everywhere on this site. It is not a medical device, it does not treat a condition, and it is not a substitute for a clinician. If any page here ever reads like a medical promise, that is our mistake to fix. Email us and we will change the wording.
Who should not buy it
Do not use Tuti Palm if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Skip it if you have a pacemaker, metal implants in the area you want to treat, epilepsy, or broken skin, unless a clinician tells you otherwise. Keep it away from the eyes and from the thyroid at the front of the throat, and do not look into the LED. This sits on our About page and not only in the manual because you should be able to rule the device out before you pay for it.
Ninety days, used or not
You can return the device within 90 days of delivery, used or unused, for a full refund, and we send the prepaid label. That policy is deliberately expensive for us: a unit that has been on skin with gel does not go back on a shelf. We wrote it that way because the only honest way to sell an appearance device is to let someone find out on their own face and change their mind.
Where we are
TutiBloom is registered in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The device is manufactured overseas and ships from there, which is why you will not find “Made in USA” or a design-studio city anywhere on this site. Neither would be true.
